Lionel Sterling is a professional real estate investor, licensed Member of NAR, broker, and member of the Atlanta Commercial Board of Members of NAR. He holds a Master of Science Degree in International Commercial Real Estate (MSIRE) from Florida International University in Miami and is currently pursuing his CCIM commercial designation. He has been involved in multiple commercial transactions ranging from church, office, retail, development, and multifamily buildings.
His extensive personal experience operating his own real estate investment portfolio adds additional knowledge that uniquely benefits his clients. Within the residential arena Lionel holds the prestigious Certified Luxury Home Marketing Specialist certification (CLHMS) and has participated in numerous luxury home, short sales, and creative financing transactions that have continually allowed him to produce millions in annual sales that have designated him into the industry recognized Million Dollar Club.
