Lionel Sterling is a licensed REALTOR®, broker, and real estate investor with more than two decades of experience representing clients in both residential and commercial real estate. He holds a Master of Science degree in International Real Estate (MSIRE) from Florida International University and is currently pursuing his CCIM commercial designation. Through his brokerage work, Lionel advises buyers and sellers across a wide range of transactions, including residential homes, multifamily properties, and commercial assets such as office, retail, industrial, church, and development projects.
In addition to representing clients, Lionel is also an active principal and operator. He has successfully acquired, renovated, managed, and sold residential, multifamily, and industrial properties, giving him a practical, owner’s perspective that directly benefits the clients he serves. This blend of hands-on investment experience and client-focused representation allows him to approach every transaction—whether a family home or a complex commercial deal—with the same focus on strategy, execution, and long-term value.
Lionel and his wife have been married for over 20 years and are the proud parents of five children. Their family are firm believers in Christ and seek to honor Him in all they do, both personally and professionally, which shapes Lionel’s commitment to integrity, service, and stewardship in every relationship.
